Summary: The first room we had had ants in the 2nd bedroom. My friends had already decorated the room for my birthday. By time we found the trail of ants it was 3am. We had to move rooms and take down decorations. Didn’t have tape or anything to put them back up but was just a mess. I wish they would have offered some type of compensation or been a little more friendly. I am not one who likes to complain but I paid for the room and to have to leave was a little frustrating. The lady I talked to made it seem like a burden to her. No one is expecting ants. The next morning we went down to get the rest of our stuff cause it was too late to move everything and we saw the cleaning lady and she didn’t even charge the bedding. I was totally thrown off and disgusted but this. I was ready to leave and loose out on my money. Because I saw how she was cleaning I’m afraid the whole point of picking this hotel went to waste because I refused to eat their free breakfast. On top of that there was water spots and broken tiles in the second room. The television didn’t work. I had to call for Maintenance about three times in order for someone to finally come up and fix it. The maintenance guy was extremely nice. I was able to fix the TVs, but it was frustrating. Even in the first term the televisions were not working. Fortunately, I didn’t have to worry about the TVs because we were listening to music as we were celebrating our birthday, but by time it was time for us all to go to bed. We just cras
