Short walk to the wonderfully charming Carlsbad Village with plenty of shops and restaurants! Surf it up, visit Legoland and the world-famous flower fields, or take a day trip to San Diego and Sea World! There's plenty to do all around, and even more if you're staying longer and willing to drive up to Orange County or LA.

Designed to perfection with an authentic beach-living vibe! 3Bd/2.5Ba with an office area, large kitchen/family room combo with TV, original wood plank flooring, on an oversized lot (7243 SF) with a private, quiet, tropical yard, with a huge covered patio to dine at, take a dip in the jacuzzi hot tub and relax - feels like paradise! The garden area is the coziest place in the world after a day at the beach.
Other things to note
Driveway parking for 3. There is an additional 1 bedroom guesthouse on the 2nd floor with its own bath and kitchen. For the time being, it is being rented out long-term to a working professional. The right parking spot on the lot is reserved for the tenant. You shouldn’t have any privacy issues as the guesthouse has a separate entrance along the side of the home, with the stairs leading upstairs outside in the backyard to the side. The two spaces are not connected internally, and the yard is private for guests of the large house only. There has never been a privacy issue or concern from our many past guests!
