The second bedroom on the main level also offers a King bed, a Smart TV, and private backyard access to a covered patio.
The lower level is home to the third bedroom, furnished with two Queen beds, a closet, a Smart TV, and direct access to the patio and infinity pool. The fourth bedroom features a bunk bed with a Twin on top and a Full on the bottom, making it perfect for children or additional guests. The third bathroom on this level includes a single vanity and a stand-in shower.

Primary Bedroom (Main Level): King Bed with a closet, a private balcony, a Smart TV and an ensuite Primary Bathroom. The Primary Bathroom features an oversized vanity with a luxurious stand-in shower and soaking tub.
2nd Bedroom (Main Level): King Bed with a closet, a Smart TV, and upper backyard patio access.
3rd Bedroom (Lower Level): 2 Queen Beds with a closet, a Smart TV, and lower backyard patio/pool access.

Interested in Pool Heat?
Optional pool heat is typically requested between Oct-Apr when nightly temperatures get cooler. For this particular home, pool heat is $125/night. We require 5 days notice from check-in if you wish to add this amenity to your stay. Please note, this home has an electric pool heater. This means that the desired temperature of the pool may not be achieved, depending on weather conditions. - Booking guests must be at least 25 years old.
- Same-day move-ins shall not be honored after 10 am Arizona Time.
- All guests with a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense.
- The guest agrees to provide identity authentication via AutoHost operating for GoodNight Stay. They will authenticate the name, address, phone number, and photo ID verification. If this is not provided within 48 hours of booking, GoodNight Stay has the right to cancel the booking without penalty.
- A non-refundable accidental damage coverage policy is required and will be paid through GoodNight Stay after booking in the amount of $99 – covers $1,500 in damage. This fee is not associated or included in the initial booking process. This will be collected after booking has been confirmed and accepted.
- Maximum of 2 pets under 35lbs each, $100 fee per pet required.
- GoodNight Stay is proud to offer all guests kick-start amenities for kitchens and bathrooms! Kitchen set includes: 2 dishwashing tablet, dish soap, 1 dish sponge, 2 laundry detergent pods, disinfectant wipes, 2 paper towel rolls, 2 trash bags, 1 coffee bag, and 4 coffee filters.
- The bathroom set is offered in each full bathroom and includes: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 body wash, 1 body bar soap, 1 hand bar soap, Makeup wipe, 1 liner for trash can.
- We'll also be sure to provide you with two (2) paper towel rolls per kitchen and two (2) rolls of bathroom tissue per bathroom.
- Unfortunately, additional items cannot be provided if requested as these are to kick-start your stay.
