This historic beach cottage is perched directly on the sand in Montecito’s exclusive Miramar neighborhood. A five-minute walk down the beach leads you to the Rosewood Miramar resort offering spa treatments, beach services, and a Michelin-starred restaurant. on hot summer days. Enter on the upper level with a unique pitched ceiling and skylights with large bay windows centered on the ocean. The Living and Dining Rooms meld together and are anchored by an open Kitchen extended by a deck that features glass railings for unobstructed views.
The lower level rooms were designed to feel like the staterooms on a yacht. Please note that the 3rd guest room with the bunk beds has to be accessed by the 2nd guest bedroom. This is a great set up for families but not for couples traveling together.
