Midtown is a very popular neighborhood, and parking is limited. Parking is metered on the street, and there are paid lots in the area.
We wanted to provide parking for guests bringing a car while not inflating the nightly rate for those who wouldn't need parking, so we've purchased a gated parking space in the lot across the street from the building, and rent the space for $15/night as a convenient add-on option for those who need it. Add-on services are paid separately after booking, and include all local and state taxes, so the rate you see is the rate you pay! We offer huge discounts for guests staying longer than a week –35% off stays 7+ nights, 65% off stays 28+ nights.

Most of our guests are incredibly respectful and kind, but occasionally we have guests who treat our home, our cleaners, and/or our neighbors with disrespect. We require all guests to agree to our rental policy, to pay any associated fines in the event of violation of these policies, and to take responsibility for any damaged or missing items. We require a credit card for incidentals, and reserve the right to place an authorization hold in the amount of $395, which will be released in full upon inspection of the property, provided that our policies were adhered to and there were no damages. We also reserve the right to perform guest identity verification and screening after booking. When you check out, you'll have the opportunity to review and accept our rental policy, which may be referred to as 'Booking Terms', 'Rental Agreement', 'Rental Policy', or by another name depending on channel you book through.
