This newly built 4-bedroom spacious guesthouse is located in Marin County, near San Francisco, Wine Country, and under 5 minutes away from China Camp (great for hiking and biking). This bright and modern space is perfect for business travelers, tourists, and those looking for a peaceful retreat.
This private space is attached to the main house and has its own entrance. It is fully furnished with all new stylish high-end finishes, appliances, and furniture, as well as access to a spacious patio and backyard. Large windows and three skylights ensure the space is filled with light whenever the sun is out. The living room has an indoor fireplace and large flatscreen television. Each of the four bedrooms have built-in closets and drawers providing generous storage. The kitchenette is equipped with a full size fridge, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, electric egg cooker, dishwasher, and sink. It is stocked with silverware, dinnerware, and glassware. Essential supplies such as paper towels, cleaning supplies, soap, towels, shampoo, etc. are provided.

Guests are provided with one off-street parking spot, located in front of the gate leading to the private entrance.
For stays longer than 7 days, guests may request cleaning services for an additional cleaning fee of $150. Guests will pay the cleaners directly in cash. Cleaners will do a deep cleaning of entire guesthouse, change linens, clean the outside patio, and take garbage out. Please note that the house cleaners will not be doing housekeeping. This means cleaners will not be picking up or organizing clutter, washing or folding personal laundry, or washing dishes.
For security purposes, there are two outdoor cameras. The first is monitoring the driveway and the second is monitoring the the walkway to the guest house. There are no cameras monitoring the backyard or anywhere in the guest house.
