Pool heating fee is $100/night/home November to April. Heating is $75/night/home May till October. Please let us know in advance to heat the pool. Pool heating must be purchased for the entire stay.

Pets are allowed, as long as they are potty trained and any mess is cleaned up right away as it could damage the floors. Pets left alone in the house must be crated. There is a pet fee of $40/night per pets

Any machine, device or equipment that amplifies music inside any short-term vacation rental shall not be heard beyond the property line of the short-term vacation rental at all times.
All vacation rental occupants shall respect the neighbors' privacy and their peaceful enjoyment of their property.
The TOT (Transient Occupancy Tax) Rate is 12% for Cathedral City and 1% for Greater Palm Springs Tourism Business Improvement District (GPSTBID).
