Tastefully furnished, with totally remodeled kitchen, fully equipped, to include granite counter tops, and stainless-steel appliances, plus side nook area. Enclosed laundry room with washer and dryer.
Sleeps 2 comfortably , king size bed ( brand new mattress), attached full size bathroom with 2 vanity sinks and walk in shower. Powder room (1/2 bath) by entry door.
Dining room table accommodates 4 guests. Living room provides comfortable seating for 6 with queen size sofa bed. Flat screen TV and sound bar above fireplace. Free WiFi and cable TV in both living room and bedroom.
Extended tiled patio with sunrise view. Patio table set for 4, plus chase lounge. Natural gas BBQ grill available for use. Community pool and jacuzzi 60 steps away from patio.
Rental fee includes the use of exercise gym, pickle-ball and tennis courts for registered guests. Golf Course available for a round of golf with reservations at current green fees.
