The condominium is located on the first floor with a patio in front of the unit to enjoy a nice cup of coffee in the morning or to read a book. This unit has a remolded bathroom with a shower. It also has two free driveway parking spaces.

There is a security camera located at the entrance of the unit for security purposes.

Pet Deposit
A $150 (per pet) is required to cover any accidental damage to the furniture, walls, floors, etc. The deposit will be fully refunded within 24 hours after checkout and inspection of the unit.
An additional non-refundable cleaning fee of $75 (per stay) such as for hair removal, etc is required.

Additional rules
No unauthorized guests or pets are allowed at any time throughout your stay. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. - 8 a.m. every night of the week. Please ensure that all doors and windows are closed by 10 pm each night and that all guests are brought inside. We have noise monitors in place to ensure that we are respectful of our neighbors. There is no smoking inside the house of any substance, including "Vapes" or e-cigarettes. Home cannot be occupied or used for any commercial or business purpose without prior approval.
