There is a mini-split air conditioner-heater for climate comfort. A rustic cantina, with a firepit, and lots of room to relax. Close to state land, in a quiet neighborhood. 2-hour drive to the Grand Canyon, and 40 minutes from Prescott! We have 3 horses on the property. They are familiar with dogs.
