At the door you’ll be greeted by your host, who’ll take you on a brief tour throught the house. The first stop is your bedroom, which features a luxurious queen size Beauty Rest bed, a dresser, a desk, television (fed by Amazon Fire) and a tank holding our friend and pet, Rowan, a great plains Rat Snake. A docile and quiet creature, her presence will protect you as you sleep. Your bedroom window over looks Karyns garden, with a wall of Jazmine flowers for your enjoyment. That window features room darkening, light blocking curtains, in case you like to stay in bed beyond the dawn. In the closet yo will find a warm, hooded bathrobe, for your trips between your bedroom and either bathroom.
Down the hall you’ll get to see the main bathroom (shared with your hosts). Next door is the half/bath/laundry room. Next is the kitchen and lastly the meditation room, where many of our guests will meditate, do yoga, chi gong or sometimes just enjoy a cup of tea before setting forth in the morning to visit the giant trees.
