2 ➜ No Outdoor Flames: Strictly no fire pits, charcoal grills, or candles outdoors. Only the provided propane BBQ (if applicable) is permitted.
3 ➜ Smoking Policy: No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. Marin is a high-fire-risk zone; any violation is grounds for immediate eviction.
4 ➜ Planning a Retreat or Workshop? If you are hosting a corporate retreat, yoga workshop, or bringing in outside vendors (like caterers or instructors), please reply to this message. We have a brief supplemental agreement and a request for vendor insurance (COI) that we’ll send over to ensure everything is covered under our professional insurance policy.
