2- To protect the home, pets are not permitted on furniture or bedding. Dogs must be kept on a leash when outdoors, and guests are responsible for picking up and bagging all pet waste. Pets may not be left unattended unless crated.
3- Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited indoors. Any lingering odor of smoke or marijuana after checkout will result in a $250 cleaning and deodorization fee. If smoking outside, please pick up all cigarette butts.
4- Please avoid neighboring properties and stay within our yard.
5- This house a shared driveway, please be courteous to the house next door and do not block the driveway.
6- All docks in the neighborhood are PRIVATE.
