Welcome to our home in El Segundo. This home is a 1911 California Craftsman and super unique period correct features and has been completely remodeled in 2024.
The home has original Douglas Fir wood flooring throughout. There are built in original Craftsman cabinets in the main living and dining room. The kitchen has a period correct O'keefe and Merritt Stove/Oven/Broiler and Quartz countertops and premium Stainless Bosch refrigerator, dishwasher and stainless sink.
There is an oversized Master bedroom with large Smart TV and gas fireplace. The master bedroom connects directly to a master bathroom with walk-in shower and steam sauna, jacuzzi tub and twin sinks and solid Cherry wood cabinetry,
There are two additional bedrooms each are 10 x 12 and are Jack and Jill style (share a bathroom). There is a queen bed in one and twin beds in the other. The bathroom is between these bedrooms and includes sink, tub/shower and toilet.
There is another half bath with sink, toilet and laundry (stackable washer/dryer) .
The home has an enclosed porch at the front entry and includes a couch, chair and and electric heating. There is a front living room and dining room with built in "Craftsman cabinetry and couch, chairs, dining table (seating for 6-8 people).
There is a rear living/dining room with a couch, chairs and dining table.
Both front and rear living/dining rooms lead to redwood decks via French doors.
The home has forced air heat and AC and has a huge fenced wrap around yard with grass and gardens all accessible via the decks.
