Crested Butte, approximately 500 yards from the lifts - a short 5-minute walk or you may prefer to jump on the free shuttle which stops every 15-20 minutes. With comfortable amenities and convenience that is hard to match, this condo is a great place to spend your vacation in any season. Unwind after a long day on the slopes in the winter or hiking the endless trails in the summer in the outdoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, clubhouse, and grilling area. This unit is the perfect location in terms of convenience and recreational activities just steps from your door!
TV's are located in both bedrooms and the living room. The living room also has a wood-burning fireplace, talk about cozy!

PARKING: There are two parking spaces for this unit. They are not designated. Parking is very tight at this building, especially in the winter, so please plan accordingly.
LAUNDRY: There is a washer and dryer located in the building, not the unit. Coin operated.
**We require one of two options for you regarding damage protection. We recommend you purchase damage protection for $55. This covers you for up to $3,000 in damages that could occur to the property during your stay. Or you can choose to pay a $1000 refundable damage deposit. When booking directly online please let us know in the notes which option you would like.**
NOTE: The shared heated pool, hot tub, and sauna will be closed Sept 30 - Nov 26 for fall maintenance.
