Your stay in Calgary is really home in a 3 bedrooms (queen beds) main floor bungalow, newly renovated, fully access with a lock pad which can host 6 guests (a futon can be setup upon request for extra guests).
Kitchen and appliances; laundry room and 4 pcs bathroom are ready for your usage without sharing. Living room connecting to dining room with a fireplace, a large TV set will bond member of your family/ friends together during your stay.
Two large bay windows in the living room and the kitchen provide a good view to the front and back gardens. Lots of beautiful landscape for selfie if you are its fan.
Parking is free in the front and back land parking pave is large enough for an RV of # 25ft. Downtown is just 15 minute drive. Bus stop across the street will link you to city LRT (Brentwood station) in 10mins. Grocery, pizza, canteen, Subway, Walmart, shopping mall, Community sport center (gym, swimming pool, tennis….) are nearby. Hiking and biking is even easier at Nose Hill park just 2 blocks away. If you are lucky, you can encounter deers and cayotes, not counting more than hundred species of bird.
The entire 3 BR mainfloor is yours with separate entrance, separate laundry, kitchen, etc....You only share the backyard with lower level tenants, once in a while when tenants access their entrance or doing gardening.
