Summary: Location, location, location! Neil's place is located near everything! You can walk to the bay, restaurants and a coffee shop. Many nature hiking trails for birding close by, beaches are aand 35 mile drive to The Hearst Mansion in San Simeon. If you are a golfer, check out The Morro Bay Golf Course. Well maintained course with incredible views!The house was clean with a well stocked kitchen to cook. Beds were very comfortable and the back yard was secure for my dog. It was nice to have a couple of folding chairs to take to the beach and beach towels. The area is very safe with a lot of families in the neighborhood.
