Our bungalow-filled residential street is surprisingly central, in an area that people envy -- located equally close to Temescal and Rockridge and near Piedmont and Elmwood. Walkable to UC Berkeley and hospitals like Alta Bates (30 min), Children’s Hospital (10 minutes), Sutter and Kaiser so it's perfect for doctors and Travel Nurses.
You'll have multiple restaurants to choose from and can easily get to SF by nearby freeways, casual carpool or hop on Rockridge BART, 1/2 a mile away.
