Summary: Our family of 6 adults and a 2 year old had a great time at this property. I've stayed at roughly 8 different condos within Villa Del Mar over the last 20 years and they never disappoint. Each will condo will have it's own little issues. It's Mexico, with unreliable power and infrastructure so things are going to break or come up. It's how the property manager communicates and deals with the issues that turn a vacation for the bad. This property manager was phenomenal. Always stayed in constant communication, answered my texts almost immediately, and when problems arose had someone there to diagnose and fix the issues very quickly. I would stay there again.
