Quiet hours & max occupancy:
Per City of Henderson, twelve (12) overnight guests maximum allowed, no exceptions. Quiet hours and pool usage is not allowed during:
10:00 PM - 10:00 AM (weekends)
10:00 PM- 7:00 AM (weekdays)
The City of Henderson has very strict rules regarding noise in place. Please kindly respect our neighbors. We have zero tolerance for noise or disturbances. Quiet hours are strictly enforced.
Use of any speakers is not allowed on the property. We will provide a warning for first offense. Fines and/or removal from property thereafter.
Pool Hours:
10:00AM - 10:00PM
No usage of pool outside of these hours.
No screaming, shouting, or yelling.
No jumping & diving into the pool.
Do not tamper with the pool equipment, you may be responsible for any damages. Pool shall not be used during quiet hours.
Pet policy:
No pets under 6 months old and must be pre-approved with a $50 cleaning fee per booking. Pets are not allowed on furniture (sofa, couches, beds, etc). Please pick up after your pets, you will be responsible for any damages or additional cleaning.
Pool & spa heating:
We currently DO NOT offer pool and/or spa heating as of 10/01/25.
Other information:
Violation of house rules including but not limited to any illicit activities may result in immediate forfeiture of the property with additional fines.
We will have team members preforming scheduled weekly maintenance of the property which may include pool cleaning, landscaping, and trash.
