Tranquil Pine Country Escape, Perfect for Families | House in Prescott

Pine Country Escape is a serene retreat surrounded by Ponderosa Pines. This four bedroom, two bathroom home is fully stocked with everything you’ll need for long-term stays. Beautifully decorated with cool tones throughout the home, perfect for a relaxing retreat. The main living area features a large sectional sofa, fireplace and large windows overlooking the backyard. You will feel right at home at Pine Country Escape, guests are just a short drive to hiking and biking trails.
Prescott offers activities year round! Breathe in that delicious mountain air as you find solace in the winter snow or cool summer weather. Prescott Frontier Days Rodeo (July 4th), many parades, special events at Halloween, Thanksgiving, Lighting of the Courthouse in early December, Christmas festivities, and watching The Whiskey Row Boot Drop for the New Years Eve Event. The summer Concert Series brings free events to the Courthouse Square, where you can bring your chairs, sit back and take in the splendor of Prescott.
Prescott has many hiking trails from light and easy and those for the adventure seekers who enjoy a more rugged terrain. You may want to go see the Grand Canyon which is an 1-1/2 hours away. Beautiful Sedona is an hour away, Jerome is 40 minutes and Flagstaff 1-1/2 hours away. If you want to see some local animals then our very own Heritage Park Zoo is a short 15 minute drive. The Granite Dells park is a gorgeous picturesque adventure and to name a few others we have Goldwater lake, Willow Creek and Lynx Lake. So many wonderful places to experience and enjoy!
INSIDE THE HOME
Living room: A perfect gathering place to read, play board games or cozy up after a long day of sightseeing and exploring. This space offers Smart Tv to stream your favorite apps with complimentary wifi. There is a gas fireplace to enjoy on those cool evenings or on a winter day.
Kitchen: The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, except the ingredients. Appliances include a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, oven/stove and toaster.
Dining Room: The dining area comfortably seats six overlooking the side yard.
Bathroom 1 : This bathroom includes a combo tub/shower with a single sink vanity. The bathroom is stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
Master Bathroom: This bedroom includes a garden tub, walk-in shower and a double vanity. The bathroom is stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There is a large walk-in closet for additional hanging space.
Bedroom 1: This bedroom features a queen sized bed, bedside table, lamps and dresser. There is additional closet space for hanging items.
Bedroom 2: This bedroom features a queen sized bed, bedside table, lamps and dresser. There is additional closet space for hanging items.
Bedroom 3: This bedroom features a twin sized bed with a trundle, bedside tables and seating. There is additional closet space for hanging items.
Master Bedroom: This bedroom features a large open concept room with a king sized bed, bedside tables, lamps and a dresser. There is a work space for those wishing to work remotely.
Laundry: The washer and dryer are located off the main living area. Supplies are available for guest use.
OUTSIDE
Pine Country Escape offers a beautiful outdoor space. The backyard features outdoor dining for six under the covered patio, a table for four with an umbrella for the sunny afternoons, a propane grill and lounge chairs. The front patio which is uncovered offers a small bistro table with an umbrella, perfect for wildlife viewing. Guests have access to community amenities, indoor pool, outdoor pool, tennis courts and playground.

BEFORE BOOKING please note that if your reservation requires a pet fee, this fee will NOT be shown at time of booking. The $115 pet fee will be charged and payable through Airbnb once you`ve made us aware of the pet. It’s the guest`s responsibility to let us know within 48 hours of booking if there are any pets, service animals or additional guests that weren’t originally listed at the time of booking. Changes made to the reservation after 48 hours of time of booking are subject to a $35 change of reservation fee in addition to the pet fee and/or additional guest fee.
Rules and Policies
You must be at least 25 to rent. Only registered guests at the property, let us know if you are planning on having outside guests at any time during your stay.
Wanderlust Prescott Retreats is a Full Service Property Management company, we do have and require a Property/Region Specific Vacation Rental Agreement be signed separate from what is required by Airbnb. This contract will be sent after Airbnb confirms the booking with our office.
Pets or no pets: It’s the guest’s responsibility to make Wanderlust Prescott Retreats aware of a service animal or emotional support animal that will be staying at the property before check in. Once made aware, you will be sent an email of our policy on this matter. When we’ve confirmed your service or emotional support animal, you’re required to sign an Animal Addendum in addition to the standard contract.
Guests will be sent check-in instructions four days prior to arrival.
