Our modernized with much love cottage is located at the end of a dead end in Neujellingsdorf in the immediate vicinity of the popular Margaret court.
On foot or by bike you reach Lemkenhafen with its many restaurants, the large sailing harbor and a surf school in just a few minutes.
The nearest beach is just over 1 km away and easy to reach by bike. On the doorstep you will find a variety of well-maintained walking and cycling trails z. B. Direction Gold or Flügger lighthouse - also perfect if you want to bring your dog!
The house has a garage and several parking spaces. In the lockable garage you can store your bikes and sports equipment.
A huge, completely fenced and sunny garden is at your disposal. You will find there comfortable loungers for sunbathing, various ball games and a large football goal with goal wall. The wind and view protected large terrace facing south invites you to relax and unwind. Here you will find chic garden furniture with cushions, parasol, a large fire bowl for chilly evenings and a barbecue.
In our outbuilding you can make yourself comfortable in comfortable lounge furniture in the cooler season or in bad weather. A fireplace provides cozy warmth and the table tennis table for the sporty activity.
The ground floor of the main house is divided as follows:
